It is a summons to bring the unanswered application, strained budget, and uncertain counsel before God instead of pretending self-direction is wisdom. In Christ, God has come near to the disoriented. The risen Jesus intercedes for you, and the indwelling Spirit remains with you when the next step is unexplained. You are not promised the whole route; you are given a faithful Lord for the road you can see.
